Portara

Accessibility

Effective date: August 16, 2026

Our Commitment

Portara is committed to providing a website and product that are usable by people with disabilities. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new tab). We work toward this standard through keyboard access, visible focus indicators, descriptive labels and text alternatives, semantic structure, reduced-motion support and pause controls for moving content, sufficient color contrast, and status announcements for assistive technology.

Conformance Status

Our public marketing website (getportara.com) partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most content conforms, and we are actively addressing the remainder. The marketing site was most recently assessed in August 2026 through a combination of automated testing (axe-core) and manual review of keyboard operation, focus management, heading and landmark structure, form behavior, and color contrast.

Known Limitations

Portara is an actively developed product. Areas we know need continued work:

  • The authenticated application (tenant workspaces and business workflows) has not yet undergone the same formal assessment as the marketing site; it is next in our review cycle.
  • Some third-party content — embedded help videos, payment provider checkout pages, and connected services — is controlled by its provider and may not meet the same standard.
  • Customer-uploaded files and tenant-authored document content are outside Portara's control.

Feedback and Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us. Email hello@getportara.com or write to Portara Business Systems LLC, 116 Agnes Rd Ste 200, Knoxville, TN 37919. It helps to include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you were using — but any report is welcome, in whatever form is easiest for you.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If a barrier prevents you from completing a task, we will work with you to provide the information or service through an alternative method while we fix it.
